All sessions are holistic and are based on experience, training and intuitive guidance/abilities. My services include:
Life Coaching
45 minute session · Ask for price
Have a big decision to make but don’t know which way to jump? Feel like you are stuck in a rutt or life feel a bit meh? Know what you want to achieve but can’t see how you will ever get there?
Then these sessions are for you. Whether you just need a quick reset or longer term support, together we look at all areas of your life in combination, how you feel about each area, what works and doesn’t work for you, how the areas relate to each other and what you want in each area. Intuitive guidance is part of the session resulting in deeper insights which may reveal options that might not otherwise be apparent.
Session fee includes a 45 min consultation, preparatory time and phone/email support check-ins. Feel free to contact me to discuss whether these sessions would work for you.
Energy Wellness Session / Reiki+/ Multiple Modalities
1 hour approx · $120
Our body can hold onto our life experiences and cause blockages and stuck energy flows which may ultimately show up as physical, mental and emotional challenges.
These sessions work on all levels, releasing any stuck energy and blockages and ensuring that your energy flows the way that it needs to for your health. These are powerful healing sessions and can work on the release of deep trauma as well as the everyday stresses of life. No session is ever the same as the energy works on the most important aspect of your wellness at that moment in time. Sessions can be conducted remotely as well as in person.
Please note that these sessions whilst loosely based on Reiki at the beginning, incorporate multiple modalities and intuitive guidance, therefore, tailoring them to your specific needs.
Readings

I complete readings using oracle cards, accessing the Akashic Records or a combination of the two.
The Akashic Records hold the story of your soul across all lifetimes including this one. By accessing your Akashic Record I can assist you by answering your questions
about present day situations, guiding you through healing emotional and physical challenges, identifying who the current people in your life may have been in past lives, looking at family patterns and assist you in releasing and moving past them, identifying the source(s) of past life trauma and how it may have impacted this life, assisting you in releasing any identified past life trauma and talking you through regaining pieces of your soul that may have been “lost”.

Buildings and land have an energetic history as much as we as individuals do. It’s always great to energetically “spring clean” your property if you are moving, if the occupants change or even as a yearly practice in order to clear previous peoples energy from your space and ensure that the energy is flowing as it should.
Not having any luck selling your property, experiencing feelings of density, feeling unwell, or animals behaving out of character.
Then it’s probably time to discuss have an energy clearance for your property.

Surfing the wave

Sometimes life can be amazing and sometimes it can be a struggle. Monthly zoom session to just check-in where we are in life and help each other by sharing experiences or just listening.
This can include spiritual experiences, world events or life in general. No agenda. The only requirement is that you are respectful of others rights to their beliefs.
