Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and covers products purchased only. This policy does not cover in-person or remote sessions, workshops or training courses. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products including workshop and course materials

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Please note that partial refunds are given at the discretion of the owner:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons out of our control.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received we will review the condition and contact you via email detailing any return due.

Any confirmed refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of confirmation of a refund. Please note that bank processing times after the refund has been applied are out of our control.

Late or missing refunds

Please note that bank processing times after we have applied the refund are out of our control.

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of us confirming that we have processed it please contact your bank or card provider.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@intuitiveholistic.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 23 Lomond Street, Newlands, Wellington 6037.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
